It depends on the school.
At a good school, none of those majors are easy, but all offer high salaries when you get out.
At a school that is not so good, all of them are easy, but you won’t make much when you get out.
If you are looking for easy majors, make a list of all majors and the average starting salaries of the jobs you can get with that degree. Sort the list by the starting salary. The majors with the lowest starting salaries are the ones that are easy.

The hardest major is the one you’re in. The easiest major is the one someone else is in. The easiest route is to do nothing at all.
Reality, there is no easy major. Reality is that about 3/4 of a bachelor’s degree is identical for everyone – engineers, programmers, artists, and dancers all take Eng 101/102, history, poli sci, some science, some math, psych/soc/anthro, etc… it’s the same. The difference comes in less than 50% of your coursework.
Now, most of us do better at things we like than at things we don’t like. Think art is an easy major? Fine, try it – sculpt us a statue of something or paint us a painting. Can’t? Me neither. Most people can’t do it themselves but think those that can are less capable somehow. Imagine that. For those that love art – art isn’t all that painful for them. The rest of us don’t care so much about the post-impressionist period.
We also tend to like those things that we are good at. It’s a bit of a circle – you like it because you’re good at it and you’re good at it because you like it. I suspect a person that isn’t very computer literate would find the usual comp sci program exceptionally difficult. Someone that isn’t very creative would find marketing a bit of a challenge. Mathphobes would find all of these a bit stressful but number crunchers might really like business admin.
It comes down to you. What is hard for me may be easy for you. What is easy for me may be hard for you. And everyone thinks that everyone else has an easier time of things than they do.
