My husband would like to install a cold air intake in his 2007 Scion XB. I have no idea what brand to trust. Any suggestions would be helpful.
He does have at TRD exhaust on the XB. I just wonder if it will really make a difference. Would the warranty be voided if we installed a cold air intake that is not a TRD?

However, even as Obama talks about “scaling down” US prescence in Iraq, he is talking about raising the stakes in Afghanistan. Is this his way of pacifying the Military-Industrial complex? Is it Obama’s way of communicating to them that despite his pretty words, he has no intention of abandoning a US foreign policy predicated on Imperialist interference in the affairs of other countries?

How much “change” does Obama really represent aside for the obvious rebranding of the US-Corporatist image from Skull and Bones white-guys to “hip, fist-bumping, Banana Republic/GAP-ad, ethnic, brown guys?”

I was looking at this case between two former heads of the game developer Infinity Ward (IW) and Activision Publishing. In the case, the IW heads (plaintiffs) are asking for an injunction against the Defendant (Activision) to keep them from releasing anything with the Modern Warfare brand on it.

Now my question, on the first page of the case it says (stamped) “Case Management Conference June 21 2010.” Does this mean that the injunction will not be granted (or denied) until that time, and Activision can release whatever Modern Warfare branded things they want until June 21? As it is, Activision is set to release a Modern Warfare branded item near the end of March. To me, that seems like it would defeat the purpose of the injunction in the first place, but that’s why I’m asking here.
